Process
In most instances we will meet with our clients to investigate their needs before recommending a recruitment methodology. Our specialist sector appreciation and understanding of the market and the country/continent, enables us to advise you on the most appropriate strategy that will achieve the result you desire. IPS takes seriously the fact that we will be representing your business within the market and we feel it is important to invest time in understanding your corporate culture and business aspirations.
We pride ourselves on our success in delevering the hired candidate and constantly evaluate our recruitment process to develop marginal gains that benefit you. Our objective is to reduce our ratios of interviews to ‘offers’ and placed candidates therefore saving you time. Our initial expectation is 1:4 but this can be improved as we obtain a greater understanding of your business.
No matter how large or small your recruitment project may be, we can tailor a team and a service to suit those needs.
We build our client relationships on mutual trust and communication and develop our candidate relationships the same way. IPS will monitor and manage the recruitment process ensuring quality, commitment and professionalism at all times. IPS can only work with a maximum 30% of the market; the remaining businesses become our sourcing ground.
